Getting your home ready for market is crucial. This is called STAGING TO SELL! As an agent with 25+ years of Visual Merchandising and Design experience, I will provide you with all the information you need to know to get your home market ready. After walking your home, you will be given a complete staging checklist. This list may include items such as painting, minor repairs to be made, rearranging furniture, decluttering, etc. We will redesign the space by using what you already own, OR if needed I will bring in new furniture and decor in order to make the space feel open and inviting to potential buyers. The goal is to see themselves living there... AND make an offer! Whatever is on your checklist, know that I will be working with you hand's on throughout the entire process!

AS A BUYER'S AGENT
I am not a salesperson. I consider myself more of an experienced guide and a trusted confidant. I help navigate you through the home buying journey by providing knowledge, support and honest advice.
During your home search you will not be pressured. If you don't like it, then we move on. I will work hard and diligent on your behalf in order to find you the perfect home. I will review the MLS everyday for new homes and inquire about upcoming listings with other agents. You will be set up with a daily email from the MLS featuring new listings that meet your search parameters. Once you see something that interests you, I will set up a showing for us to view the home right away. In this market, homes are selling very fast. It is important to see a home as soon as it hits the market before going into contract. You can count on me to be there at the drop of a hat!
I negotiate all terms on your behalf with your best interest in mind. My job is to make this process as stress free as possible for you, the buyer. This time should be spent on the excitement of moving and your future decorating plans, not the contract details!
